I bought a ton of blueberries from the Blueberry Festival last month. I mean, I kinda had to. You don’t walk away from a deal like that!
Brandon didn’t share my point of view, though. He looked at me like I’d lost my mind when I walked in with a few pints of blueberries in my arms.
As I loaded the blueberries into the refrigerator, he asked: What’re you doing with all those blueberries?
I’ve never been so offended in all my life, y’all. I’m a Southern woman. What do we do with a bunch of blueberries?
Make blueberry cobbler. Duh.
I can’t ever remember Papaw asking Mamaw: what do we need 18 gallons of blueberries for? That’s because he knew Mamaw worked magic in the kitchen. She’d turn those 18 gallons into enough food to feed us and the neighbors for a year.
Brandon isn’t that seasoned yet, so I forgave him. Besides, he stopped asking questions after he had a bite of cobbler in his mouth.
I knew he would. If I can’t do anything else, I can make a cobbler. But then… I was taught by the best.
So, how do I make this incredible silencing blueberry cobbler of mine? I’m glad you asked! I dropped the recipe down below for y’all. Enjoy!

Love cobbler❤️😋 rarely got blackberry or Blueberry, 90% of the time my mom made peach cobbler, I liked it😂 Probably should have asked why always peach? Most likely just her favorite🤣🥰
Mamaw made all kinds of cobbler when I was growing up. Cherry was my favorite.
